Important Information for the 2026-2027 school year
The TEFA program has been an incredible blessing for Christian education, opening doors for many families to access a Christ-centered education. Like schools across Texas, HCA has been navigating ongoing updates, policy changes, and evolving procedures as the program has developed. Rather than rush the process, we've taken the time to ensure our Tuition Assistance Program is fair, objective, and fully compliant with TEFA requirements.
As HCA moves toward long-term financial sustainability, we're equally committed to making Christian education accessible for families with demonstrated financial need. Through our Tuition Assistance Program and Friends of HCA, we're helping bridge the gap between the true cost of educating each student and what many families are able to pay—strengthening HCA while continuing to serve the families God has entrusted to us.

Tuition Assistance Assessment
Our Tuition Assistance Assessment is designed to help determine each family's tuition responsibility in a fair, objective, and consistent manner while remaining fully compliant with TEFA requirements.

What happens next?
After you submit your Tuition Assistance Assessment, HCA will:
- Review your submitted information.
- Determine any HCA tuition assistance for which your family qualifies.
- Notify you of your tuition assistance distribution.
- Send in your agreement form!
- Have the best year EVER at Harvest Christian Academy!
TEFA Families
If you're a TEFA family and your dashboard does not yet reflect the tuition amount you expected, please don't be concerned. TEFA information is still being finalized, and HCA will meet with TEFA families soon to answer questions.

Current students:
For returning students
- in K3 to 1st grade, re-enroll HERE.
- in 2nd - 12th grades, log in to your My School Worx account, then click "Re-Enroll" located to the left of your child's name in the upper-right corner.
New students:
Enroll HERE, then schedule your interview by calling 956-289-1616.
Also, fill out this FORM and please turn it in to the front office.

Registration for the 2026-2027 school year is $500.00 and helps us cover all up-front costs such as books, supplies, online operational expenses and fees, etc.

We are so grateful for our HCA Family!
On Monday, November 17th, our Harvest Christian Academy family gathered for a beautiful Thanksgiving Luncheon that brought together hundreds of parents, grandparents, and students. The food was delicious, the fellowship was sweet, and the joy in the room reminded us how blessed we are to be part of such a loving community.
We are deeply thankful for every HCA family who joined us and for the continued support, warmth, and partnership you bring to our school.
Days like these remind us of God’s goodness. We are truly thankful for each of our HCA families and the way you partner with us in nurturing students to grow in faith, character, and purpose. To God be the glory for this beautiful day of gratitude and togetherness.
